Beet powders are usually one of two things: a big scoop of cheap beet with a nice label, or a small scoop with an impressive-sounding extract and not much else. This one runs a 6,853 mg complex where the beet is USDA Organic, the pomegranate is juice powder rather than flavouring, and the red spinach is OxyStorm® — a standardised extract, not generic greens. The panel below shows the whole thing.
See every dose250 g (8.8 oz) per tub. One 8.1 g scoop a day, so 30 servings — exactly one month. 25 calories, 4 g of naturally occurring sugars and zero added sugar. USDA Organic, vegan, gluten free, non-GMO, no artificial colours.
See all product detailsA beet gummy gives you a rounding error of nitrate and a lot of sugar. A capsule gives you what fits in a capsule. A scoop is the only format that carries almost seven grams of actual red superfood, and this one spends that space on organic beet, pomegranate juice powder and standardised red spinach instead of filler.

WHAT TO EXPECT: YOUR RESULTS TIMELINE
VASC8 works through dietary nitrates. Your body converts the nitrate in beet root and red spinach into nitrite and then into nitric oxide — the signal that tells a blood vessel to relax and widen. It is the same pathway a plate of beetroot uses; the difference is that a scoop carries the amount you would have to eat a lot of beetroot to reach.*
That also explains what it does not do. There is no caffeine, so there is no jolt and no crash. What men and women report is a steadier line through the day rather than a spike, and cardio that costs a little less at the same pace. Give it four weeks before you judge it, and take it daily — the nitrate pathway responds to consistency, not to one big scoop.
DAY 7
The Line Gets Steadier
- Energy that does not spike and does not crash
- Warm-ups feel shorter before you are ready
- You notice you are not reaching for the third coffee
- And yes — pink urine on day one or two. That is the beet.
DAY 30
It Shows Up In The Cardio
- The same pace at the same effort starts costing less
- Recovery between sessions gets shorter
- The scoop is part of the morning now, not a decision
- One tub down, so you know exactly what a month looks like
DAY 90
The New Baseline
- Three months of daily nitrate intake instead of three good weeks
- You stop thinking about it, which is the point
- You are well past the window where the pathway responds
WHY MEN CHOOSE VASC8
Almost seven grams of red superfood per scoop — organic beet, pomegranate juice powder and standardised red spinach, with zero added sugar.
The complex total is printed on the panel. A beet gummy carries a fraction of this and spends most of its weight on sugar; a capsule physically cannot hold it. Format is not a detail here, it is the whole argument.
Certified organic beet root, not a beet-flavoured maltodextrin. Pomegranate comes in as juice powder and the red spinach is OxyStorm®, a standardised extract with a name you can look up.
4 g of naturally occurring sugars from the fruit, and nothing added. Sweetened with organic stevia leaf extract. Most beet powders that taste good taste good for a reason, and the reason is on their panel.
Ten seconds, once a day. No pills to swallow, no gummies to ration, no shaker required — it dissolves in a glass with a spoon.
WHAT IS ACTUALLY IN THE TUB
No survey percentages, no rounded-up claims — just the numbers printed on the panel.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
My urine turned pink. Should I worry?
No, and it is the question we get most. Beets contain betacyanin, the pigment that makes them red, and a portion of it passes straight through you. Pink or reddish urine and stool for a day or two is normal, harmless and a sign you actually took it. If it continues for more than a couple of days after you stop, see your doctor — but that is not the beet.
Does it taste like dirt?
That is the honest fear with any beet powder, and it is why this one is mostly not beet by taste. The pomegranate juice powder and the natural berry flavours carry it, and organic stevia leaf does the sweetening. Mixed berry, no chalk, no earthy aftertaste. Shake it rather than stirring it and it dissolves cleanly.
Can I use it as a pre-workout?
Yes, and that is the most common way people take it — one scoop about thirty minutes before training. There is no caffeine in it, so it is not a substitute for a stimulant pre-workout; it is the other half. Many people run both.
Can I take it with coffee?
Yes. No caffeine here, so nothing doubles up. If anything this is the reason people find they need less coffee by week three — the energy is coming from a different place and it does not spike.
How much is a serving, and how long does a tub last?
One 8.1 g scoop a day. The tub is 250 g (8.8 oz), so 30 servings — exactly one month. The scoop is in the tub, usually buried in the powder when it arrives.
Zero added sugar — so what is the 4 g of sugars?
Naturally occurring sugars from the beet and the pomegranate juice powder. Nothing was added; that is what the panel line 'Includes 0 g Added Sugars' means. The sweetness on top comes from organic stevia leaf extract.
Is it actually organic?
USDA Organic certified, and the beet root, pomegranate juice powder, black pepper extract, flavours, stevia and rice fibre are all organic on the ingredient list. The seal is on the tub.
Can I take it with medication?
Ask your physician first, and mention this one specifically if you take nitrates or blood pressure medication — dietary nitrates work on the same pathway and the effects can add. Also worth raising if you have a history of kidney stones, since beets are high in oxalates.
Can I mix it into something other than water?
Yes — juice, a smoothie, a protein shake. Avoid mixing it into something scalding hot, and do not refrigerate the tub. Store it away from humidity, heat and light, with the lid closed.
Does it replace eating vegetables?
No, and we would not sell it that way. It concentrates one specific thing — dietary nitrate — into a scoop, because reaching that amount from beetroot on a plate every single day is not realistic for most people. It sits alongside your food, not instead of it.
What if it does not work for me?
Take it for 90 days from the day it arrives. If nothing changed, email us and we refund the order — even if the tubs are empty. Keep them.
Where is it made, and who should not take it?
Manufactured in the USA in a GMP-certified, FDA-registered facility with globally sourced ingredients. Not for anyone under 18. If you are pregnant or nursing, or have a history of kidney stones, speak to your physician before use.
