Why we print this on its own page

Most supplement brands make you find the panel in a product photo, zoom in, and squint. If a dose is worth taking it is worth reading before you pay, so it lives here in text your screen reader can read and your browser can search.

What the numbers mean

  • % Daily Value (DV) is set by the FDA and tells you how much of a day's recommended intake one serving provides. It is a reference for the general population, not a personal target.
  • † means no Daily Value has been established for that ingredient. It does not mean the dose is arbitrary — boron and shilajit both have doses drawn from the research, they simply have no official DV.
  • Standardised to ≥50% fulvic acid is the part that matters most on the shilajit line. Without a standardisation figure, "shilajit 500 mg" tells you the weight of the powder and nothing about what is in it.

How our doses compare to the upper limits

Nutrient Per serving Tolerable Upper Intake Level
Zinc 11 mg 40 mg
Selenium 55 mcg 400 mcg
Vitamin D 25 mcg (1,000 IU) 100 mcg (4,000 IU)
Boron 3 mg 20 mg
Vitamin B6 1.7 mg 100 mg
Vitamin B12 100 mcg none established

Every active sits well inside its limit at the suggested use. That is deliberate: a dose you can take every day for a year is worth more than a dose that looks impressive on a label.

Testing

Every batch is tested by an independent third-party laboratory for fulvic acid content and for heavy metals — lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury. We ask our supplier for a certificate of analysis per lot and we do not release a batch without one.

Who should not take this

Not for anyone under 18, or for women who are pregnant or nursing. Vitamin K2 interacts with warfarin and similar anticoagulants — if you take one, talk to your physician before starting. If you take any other prescription medication or have a medical condition, do the same.
