Subscription terms

Plain English first, then the detail. Your subscription renews on its own, we tell you before every renewal, and you can cancel it yourself in two clicks without talking to anyone.

What you are agreeing to

When you choose a subscription at checkout, you authorise us to charge your payment method automatically on a recurring basis at the price and interval shown at checkout, until you cancel. There is no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee.

How often it renews and what it costs

• The interval and the price are shown on the product page and again on the checkout page before you pay.
• Your subscription price is locked at the rate you signed up at, for as long as the subscription stays active.
• Applicable taxes and any shipping charge are calculated at each renewal and shown on the receipt.

Before every renewal

We send a reminder email before each charge, with the date, the amount and a direct link to change or cancel. If you did not get one, check spam and then tell us — that email is not optional on our side.

How to cancel, skip or change

Go to your subscription portal. From there you can skip a delivery, change the date, change the size, pause, or cancel. Cancellation takes effect immediately: no further charges, and anything already shipped is yours to keep.

You can also simply email support@up8health.com and ask us to cancel. We will do it and confirm in writing. We will not put you through a retention script, and we will never require a phone call to let you leave.

If a charge fails

We retry a failed payment a small number of times over several days and email you each time. If it still does not go through, the subscription pauses on its own — we do not keep retrying indefinitely.

Refunds

Our 90-day guarantee applies to subscription orders exactly as it does to one-time orders. See the refund policy for how it works.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that affects an active subscription, we will email you before the change takes effect, and you will have the chance to cancel first.
