How long before I notice a difference?

Most men run four weeks before reassessing. The full protocol is 90 days, because that is how long the clinical trial on purified shilajit ran. Your refund window is the same 90 days from delivery, so you can run the protocol end to end and still get your money back. Consistency is the variable that matters: two gummies, every single day. What makes this different from cheap shilajit off Amazon?

Two things you can check before you trust either of us. First, the dose: 500 mg a day, which is what the trial used — plenty of products give you 250 mg and cite the same study.
