How long before I notice a difference?
Most men run four weeks before reassessing. The full protocol is 90 days, because that is how long the clinical trial on purified shilajit ran. Your refund window is the same 90 days from delivery, so you can run the protocol end to end and still get your money back. Consistency is the variable that matters: two gummies, every single day. Individual results vary.*
What makes this different from cheap shilajit off Amazon?
Two things you can check. First, the dose: 500 mg a day, which is what the trial used — a lot of products give you 250 mg and cite the same study. Second, the standardisation: ours is standardised to at least 50% fulvic acid, with a certificate of analysis per batch. An independent lab tested eight shilajit products in 2024 and found fulvic acid ranging from 6.9 mg to over 2,200 mg per serving. Without a number on the label, you have no idea what you bought.
Do I need water to take these?
No. That is most of the point. Chew two, swallow, move on. Taking them with a meal helps, because vitamins D3 and K2 absorb better alongside food — but there is no glass, no timing and no pill stuck halfway down.
How many do I take, and how long does a jar last?
Two gummies a day, ideally with breakfast. 60 gummies per jar means 30 servings — exactly one month. The 3-jar option is a 90-day supply, which is one full protocol.
Is this a testosterone booster?
No, and we are careful with that phrase because the FDA is. UP8 contains 11 mg of zinc, which supports healthy testosterone levels already within the normal range. That is a nutrient supporting normal function — not a drug raising it above baseline. If your levels are clinically low, that is a conversation with your physician, not a gummy.*
What is actually in it?
Eight actives: 500 mg of purified shilajit standardised to at least 50% fulvic acid, 11 mg zinc as bisglycinate, 25 mcg vitamin D3, 120 mcg vitamin K2 as MK-7, 1.7 mg vitamin B6 as P-5-P, 100 mcg vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, 55 mcg selenium as L-selenomethionine, and 3 mg boron as citrate. Every dose is printed on the panel. There is no proprietary blend, because a blend is where underdosing hides.
Why did you drop taurine and fenugreek?
Honest answer: neither was earning its place. Taurine studies use 1 to 3 grams — we could only fit 500 mg, so it was label decoration. Fenugreek contains sotolone, which passes through your body unchanged and makes your sweat and urine smell like maple syrup. Both came out, and the shilajit went from 250 mg to the full 500 mg the trial used.
Are there side effects?
At these doses, most men have none. Every active sits well under its established upper intake level: zinc at 11 mg against a limit of 40, selenium at 55 mcg against 400, boron at 3 mg against 20, vitamin D at 25 mcg against 100. If you take blood thinners, talk to your physician first — vitamin K2 interacts with warfarin and similar medication.*
Can I take it every day, long term?
That is how it is designed to be used. Every ingredient is at a dose intended for daily intake, and none of them accumulate to a level of concern at these amounts. We did not add copper to balance the zinc, because zinc only starts interfering with copper absorption around 50 mg a day — we are at 11.
Is there a subscription?
Yes, and it is optional. Every pack on this page can be bought once, or on a subscription — the checkbox under the offer decides which. On a subscription it renews automatically at the price shown at checkout until you cancel: one jar every 30 days, or three jars every 90 days. It is built to be easy to leave — skip, pause or cancel from your account in two clicks, or email support. No phone call, no retention script, and an email before every renewal so nothing surprises you.
What if it does not work for me?
Take it for 90 days from the day it arrives. If nothing changed, email us and we refund the order — even if the jars are empty. Keep them. We would rather lose the sale than have you argue with us about a product that did not do anything for you.
Where is it made, and who should not take it?
Manufactured in a GMP-certified facility in the United States, third-party tested every batch for fulvic acid content and heavy metals. Not for anyone under 18, or for women who are pregnant or nursing. If you take any prescription medication — particularly blood thinners — or have a medical condition, talk to your physician before starting.*
