UP8 PROSTA8 — Prostate & Urinary Soft Chews, Pomegranate-Berry
Two sugar-free chews carrying 250 mg of plant sterols including beta-sitosterol, plus reishi, pomegranate peel and nettle root as 10:1 concentrated extracts — 200 mg of reishi extract is what is left after concentrating 2,000 mg of mushroom. Zinc and selenium round it out. No horse pills.
- Healthy Prostate Support, Every Single Day
- Bladder Comfort Without A Pill To Swallow
- 10:1 Extracts, Not Ground-Up Powder
- Two Chews. Sugar-Free. That Is It.With food, once a day. Pomegranate-berry, zero sugar, and small enough that you will actually take them in week nine — which is when prostate botanicals start earning their place.
Prostate botanicals are not a one-week story — the research window is eight to twelve weeks. Run it for 90 days from the day it arrives. If nothing changed for you, email us and we refund the order. Empty pouches included.
Most prostate formulas are saw palmetto and a long tail of powders. This one is built around plant sterols at 250 mg — beta-sitosterol is the sterol the prostate literature actually keeps returning to — and then runs reishi, pomegranate peel and nettle root as 10:1 concentrates rather than raw powder. The concentration ratios are printed on the panel, which is unusual and is the part worth checking.
See every dose60 individually portioned soft chews per pouch. Two a day, so 30 servings — exactly one month. Sugar-free pomegranate-berry, 35 calories and 0 g of total sugars per serving. Vegan, gluten free, non-GMO, free of the 9 major allergens.
See all product detailsThe standard prostate supplement is three large softgels a day that smell like fish oil and sit in a drawer by week three. This is two chews that taste like pomegranate. Compliance is not a soft benefit here — a prostate botanical you stop taking in week three does nothing at all.

WHAT TO EXPECT: YOUR RESULTS TIMELINE
PROSTA8 is built on plant sterols, with beta-sitosterol as the named one, at 250 mg per serving. Sterols are the compound class the prostate literature has spent the most time on. Around them sit three botanicals that show up in men's formulas for a reason — reishi, pomegranate peel and nettle root — each concentrated 10:1, so 200 mg of reishi extract represents 2,000 mg of the mushroom it came from.*
This is the category where patience is not a marketing line. Botanical prostate support runs on an eight to twelve week window in the research, which is exactly why the format matters: a chew that tastes like pomegranate is one you are still taking in week ten, and three fishy softgels usually are not. Take it daily, with food, and judge it at week twelve.
WEEK 2
The Habit Sticks First
- Two chews with breakfast, and no pill to talk yourself into
- Sugar-free, so it is not 8 g of sugar a day dressed up as a supplement
- Too early to judge the formula — this is the stage where most men quit
WEEK 6
Halfway Through The Window
- Two pouches in, which is where the research window starts reporting
- The routine has stopped being a decision you make each morning
- Worth noting anything you have noticed now, so week 12 has something to compare against
WEEK 12
Where You Judge It
- Past the full eight-to-twelve-week window the botanicals are studied over
- Three months of consistent intake rather than three good weeks
- This is the honest point to decide whether it earned its place
WHY MEN CHOOSE PROSTA8
Plant sterols at 250 mg, three botanicals at 10:1 concentration, and a format you will still be taking in week ten.
Including beta-sitosterol — the sterol the prostate research keeps coming back to. Printed on the panel as an amount, not implied by a picture of a leaf on the front of the bag.
200 mg of reishi extract from 2,000 mg of mushroom. 150 mg of pomegranate peel extract from 1,500 mg. 50 mg of nettle root extract from 500 mg. Both numbers are on the panel — most labels give you one and let you assume the other.
0 g of total sugars per serving. A lot of chewable men's supplements carry 6 to 8 g of sugar a day, which is a strange thing to hand a man managing his health. This one uses maltitol and stevia instead.
Prostate botanicals need eight to twelve weeks. Three large softgels get abandoned in week three. Two pomegranate chews do not. Compliance is the whole ball game in this category.
WHAT IS ACTUALLY IN THE POUCH
No survey percentages, no rounded-up claims — just the numbers printed on the panel.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Will this fix my urinary symptoms?
No supplement should be sold to you as fixing anything, and we are not going to start. PROSTA8 is a dietary supplement that supports normal prostate and urinary function. Urinary symptoms have several possible causes, some of which need a doctor and a test rather than a chew — get them checked first, then use this as daily nutritional support alongside whatever your physician advises.
How long before I notice anything?
Botanical prostate support is studied over an eight to twelve week window, so that is the honest answer. Two pouches in is where it starts being worth assessing, and week twelve is where you decide. Anyone promising you week one is selling you something else.
Why chews instead of capsules?
Because the failure mode in this category is not the formula, it is week three. Three large softgels a day get abandoned. Two pomegranate-berry chews do not — and a prostate botanical you stopped taking does nothing at all, however good the panel was.
It is sugar-free — so what is in it?
Maltitol syrup as the base, with stevia extract. That gives you 0 g of total sugars and 7 g of sugar alcohol per serving. Worth knowing: sugar alcohols can loosen the stomach in the first few days for some people. If that is you, start with one chew a day for a week.
What does 10:1 actually mean?
It means 10 kg of raw material was concentrated down to 1 kg of extract. So the 200 mg of reishi extract in a serving represents 2,000 mg of reishi mushroom. We print both numbers. A label that says '200 mg reishi' without a ratio is telling you far less than it sounds like it is.
Is there saw palmetto in it?
No, and that is deliberate. This formula is built around plant sterols with beta-sitosterol named, which is the compound class saw palmetto is usually taken for in the first place. If you want saw palmetto specifically, the UP8 Testo Booster carries 100 mg of it.
Can I take it with finasteride or an alpha-blocker?
Ask your physician before you do. That is not us being cautious for the sake of it — if you are on a prostate medication, your doctor is tracking something specific, and anything you add to that should be a decision they are part of. Bring the panel to the appointment.
Can I take it with other supplements?
Generally yes, but check the overlap. If you are already taking a men's multivitamin, look at the zinc and selenium lines — this adds 7 mg of zinc and 55 mcg of selenium, and selenium in particular is one you do not want to double up on carelessly.
Can women take it?
No. This is formulated for men's prostate and urinary support, and there is no prostate to support. It is not for women, and not for anyone under 18.
Is it safe long term?
It is designed for daily use with no cycling. The doses sit well within normal ranges — zinc at 7 mg against a 40 mg upper limit, selenium at 55 mcg which is exactly the Daily Value. If you plan to run it beyond six months, mention it at your next check-up, particularly if you take other supplements carrying selenium.
What if it does not work for me?
Take it for 90 days from the day it arrives — the full research window, not a taste test. If nothing changed, email us and we refund the order, even with the pouches empty. Keep them.
Where is it made?
Manufactured in the USA in a GMP-certified facility with globally sourced ingredients. Vegan, gluten free, non-GMO, free of the 9 major allergens.
