UP MEN vs Inno Supps T-Drive: two different bets, both with the doses printed
04 August, 2026 · UP MEN
Inno Supps T-Drive is one of the few products in this category that rewards a close reading. It is well formulated, it discloses its doses, and on two points it does something we do not. So this comparison is less about who is hiding what, and more about two teams making different bets with the same budget of capsules.

Credit where it is due on transparency
T-Drive lists a "Testosterone Potentiation Blend" totalling 1,835 mg — and then breaks out every single component underneath it with its own milligram figure. The word "blend" is on the label, but nothing is actually hidden.
That deserves saying plainly, because plenty of products in this category use the same word to mean the opposite. On the criterion that matters most to us, T-Drive passes.
Where T-Drive beats us
Ashwagandha at 675 mg of KSM-66. This is the honest one. Ashwagandha is among the better-researched ingredients in the whole category, KSM-66 is the standardised extract most of that research used, and 675 mg is a serious dose. UP MEN does not contain ashwagandha at all. If ashwagandha is what you want, T-Drive delivers it and we do not.
Magnesium at 200 mg. Another genuine gap on our side. Magnesium is involved in sleep quality, and sleep is where most testosterone is produced. We left it out to keep the capsule count from climbing further; that was a trade-off, not an argument that magnesium does not matter.
Three capsules instead of five. Theirs is simply easier to take every day, and adherence is not a small thing over a 90-day protocol.
Boron at 10 mg against our 4 mg, as with several products in this category.
Where we went the other way
Tongkat ali at 1000 mg. T-Drive contains none. This is the single largest ingredient in our formula and the one carrying most of the load.
Shilajit at 400 mg, also absent from theirs.
Fenugreek at 675 mg against 400 mg, and zinc at 30 mg against 15 mg.
Vitamin D at 4000 IU against 2500 IU, paired with K1 and K2 — which T-Drive does not include. Vitamin K matters when you are taking vitamin D at a meaningful dose, because the two work together on where calcium ends up.
One ingredient worth a caveat
T-Drive includes tribulus at 300 mg. Tribulus has a long history in this category and a mixed research record: the evidence for raising testosterone in men who already have normal levels is weak, even though the libido findings are more consistent. It is not a bad ingredient. It is one where the marketing has historically run ahead of the data — which is worth knowing whichever bottle you buy.
Two different bets
T-Drive spreads across more botanicals and leans on ashwagandha as its anchor — a stress-axis approach, with magnesium and niacin supporting it. Fewer capsules, broader coverage, smaller individual doses.
UP MEN concentrates on fewer ingredients at larger doses, anchored on tongkat ali and shilajit, and pairs them with the fat-soluble vitamins at amounts that address an actual shortfall. More capsules, narrower coverage, heavier individual doses.
If your bottleneck is stress and sleep, their bet is arguably the better-aimed one. If it is the raw inputs to production, ours is. Neither of us can tell you which one you are without bloodwork.
